Specifically when used for the validation of transactions and smart contracts created and enacted by this website. Transactions are immutable and entirely the responsibility of the user.

Ownership

i. When purchased, the user obtains commercial rights to their Mondrian NFT and its artworks. Mediated by the Ethereum blockchain and its smart contract, a Mondrian NFT is owned by its Ethereum address holder. At no point may we render your NFT frozen. Its possession may not be modified or seized in any way.

ii. Patrn LLC grants owners a global, royalty-free license to use, duplicate, their NFT art. This includes: (i) Any commercial and non-commercial use; (ii) as a commodity to be purchased on any marketplace which cryptographically verifies your Mondrian NFT; (iii) or as a part of any third-party application or website that permits inclusion based on cryptographical verification of a Mondrian NFT.
